The course is draining steadily, we hope the heavy rain is now finished. Working together with Greenkeeper Sizwe ~ all the really wet areas were taped off, cart drivers guided around them, directional driving rules sheets were given out & so we managed to accommodate many happy golfers over the last 2 holiday weeks. It’s our 75th Club Championships weekend and the Club is abuzz! All eyes are focused on the Men’s A Division with its largest entry in years! 36 holes is always a great test and we pray the weather gods are kind .We do not need any more rain! Jack Moulder enjoyed his second Hole in One on the magnificent 8th hole last Saturday! It’s not an easy hole to play, 154m from the back tees over the water and if the wind is up it’s a little monster! Well Done Jack! Great Ace.
